Your product information

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant IgnLab permission to store, process and publicly display information for passports you publish. You are responsible for its accuracy, required rights and lawful use.

Not compliance certification

IgnLab is a publishing and preparation tool. It does not certify that a product or passport complies with the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, battery rules, GS1 standards or other laws. Requirements differ by product and may change. Obtain qualified advice for your products and market.

GS1 identifiers

You may only publish GTINs and other identifiers you are authorized to use. A structured Digital Link-style URL does not by itself make a business, identifier, resolver or product GS1 certified.

Plans and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew until cancelled. Features remain available through the paid period after cancellation. Plan limits may apply to passports, QR codes, history, bulk tools and team access.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content; impersonation; counterfeit products; malicious redirects; privacy violations; or attempts to disrupt the service. Access may be limited or removed to protect users and infrastructure.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or regulatory suitability. To the extent permitted by law, IgnLab is not liable for indirect losses, packaging reprints, regulatory decisions, missing data or decisions made from scan analytics.

Changes

These terms may change as the product and applicable rules evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
