Questions
Do I need an enterprise DPP platform to start?
Usually not. A focused product-passport tool is often enough for an initial catalogue or pilot. Enterprise platforms become useful when integrations, supplier onboarding and organisation-wide governance dominate the project.
Can a normal QR generator replace a product passport?
No. It can create the label, but it does not structure product identity, materials, origin, care, evidence, revisions or end-of-life information. A passport keeps those records together behind one stable QR.
Can I import an existing catalogue?
Yes. IgnLab supports CSV import and export, so you can prepare or clean data in a spreadsheet and then turn it into structured passports.
